As CEO, Philip successfully led Sony Music Entertainment GSA through early digital transformation and developed the company into the streaming market leader amongst music majors in Germany. Today, with his playfull advisory&ventures boutique, he is involved as an advisor, business angel and early-stage investor for start-ups in the creative industries as well as enterprise SAAS and the education sector. He is passionate about finding entrepreneurial talent and empowering leaders, building ready-to-scale organizations and browsing his extensive business network to open up opportunities for growth.
